About us
Roots & Wings Research and Development Organization (Roots & Wings RDO) is a non-governmental organization working in Kenya and Uganda and through partners in Tanzania, Ethiopia, Zimbabwe, and Ghana. Our critical agenda is to facilitate meaningful engagement between interventions and communities and enable development practice and research that is respectful and inclusive of local perspectives and knowledge.

We work in the African region with offices in Kenya and through partners in Uganda, Benin, Ghana, Mozambique, Ethiopia, Tanzania, south Sudan, and Zimbabwe.
